AI-Generated Content

You may submit prompts, instructions, files, data, or other input to Atlas AI. The Service may generate text, images, recommendations, analysis, code, or other outputs.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it.

Atlas AI does not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, reliable, unique, error-free, legally compliant, or suitable for a particular purpose.

You should not rely on Atlas AI as a substitute for professional advice, including legal, financial, medical, tax, or business advice.

Ownership of Content

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you retain ownership of the content you submit to Atlas AI.

To provide the Service, you grant Atlas AI a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and use your input and related content as necessary to operate, improve, secure, and support the Service.

Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for determining whether you may lawfully use, publish, or commercialize AI-generated outputs.

Intellectual Property

Atlas AI, including its software, website, branding, logos, designs, systems, algorithms, features, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Acemavie.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, or create derivative works from Atlas AI without our prior written consent.

Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

Some features of Atlas AI may require payment or a subscription.

By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges. Prices may be displayed on our website or during checkout.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for recurring fees where applicable.

We may change pricing, plans, or features from time to time. If required by law or applicable policy, we will provide notice of material pricing changes.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Atlas AI may offer free trials or promotional access. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or limit free trials or promotions at any time.

If a free trial converts into a paid subscription, you may be charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas AI and Acemavie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or revenue.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose, or €100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas AI, Acemavie, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Your content, prompts, data, or use of AI-generated outputs.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Atlas AI at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, used the Service unlawfully, caused harm, or created risk for Atlas AI or others.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have a subscription, you are responsible for cancelling it according to the cancellation process.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of Atlas AI after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
